Instructions
The Offer to Purchase form is a legal document which requires a signature. If you wish to make an offer you need to make a print of the form, fill it out, and return it to us via fax. (We regret the inconvenience, but at this time we are not able to do signatures electronically.)
For your convenience, a deposit is not required until the seller has acepted your offer. At that time a 10% cash, cashiers check, or wire transfer will be required.

• Open the document and print it out
